We’ve created a handy box sleeve calculator on our homepage – simply input your box dimensions and we’ll generate a 3D model and recommended size for your box sleeve. 

Should you decide to place an order with us we’ll firstly require one of your boxes which we’ll use to create a mock up to check that the score lines are correctly positioned and that the sleeve will fit correctly (we can return the box to you if required)

Once we’ve made the mock up our designer will create the artwork template which we’ll send to you by email or for an additional cost our design team can add your artwork to the template for you.

Enter the desired sleeve width into the calculator instead of the box width; this will ensure the perfect size for your needs. 

We use both digital and litho printing methods – the printing method will depend on the quantity and turnaround time required. Our team can recommend the most cost-effective method for your specific order. 

Custom printed box sleeves are supplied and posted flat and pre-creased. Each box sleeve will arrive with a strip of self-adhesive tape for ease of assembly. Alternatively, you can choose our interlocking sleeves; these will also arrive flat and pre-creased, but slot together with tabs – no glue or tape needed. We can also supply the sleeves fully assembled for you for an additional cost.

We use 300gsm silk stock as standard, but we offer a wide range of other materials. We can create box sleeves with Kraft and Recycled paper stocks as well as Box Board for extra durability.
